MR/MRS_________ I understand where you are coming from. However, if you notice, not one complaint on the internet states that they came all the way down to south Florida and there was no cruise ship or hotel. Most of these complaints are about having to pay for parking at the port and little things of that nature. Not one complaint about the Cruise itself.

Now keep in mind Mr./Mrs.____ the ship travels to the Bahamas 3 times a week with over 656 cabins per sailing. The rooms accommodate 4 people. That’s almost EIGHT THOUSAND customers A WEEK on the ship and over FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND customers per year.

 

Of course you can understand we cannot please every single customer. Therefore, if we happen to have 98% of our customers happy and only 2% unhappy that means 9 thousand complaints online.

 

Mr./Mrs.____ you won’t find 9000 complaints online. So our complaint ratio is better than Wal-Mart and a lot of other huge companies.

Keep in mind I am asking you to write down everything I am telling you. I am also sending you an email explaining everything you are getting. Mr. /Mrs._____ you have nothing to worry about! Most of all you are going to have the time of your life I promise!!!!
