I understand I’m the same way… but understand again that we are required to follow VERY strict guidelines when it comes to credit card usage. We are required by not only State but Federal regulations to follow these very strict guidelines. The first thing I’m going to do Mr/Mrs______ for your protection is transfer both of us to our Verification Department for an Audio Receipt of your transaction and they also email you a receipt as well. Now in Verification they will also recap all of the details of everything I’ve explained to you. This receipt is for your protection as a customer. But again which card did you want to use?

Well as I’m sure you know it is COMPLETELY normal in the travel industry to use a credit card over the phone. This is how hotel chains and airlines stay in business. Now if I said mail me a money order or cashiers check, I could see you being skeptical. And if you don’t mind me asking, the last time you went on vacation and stayed in a hotel room, how did you pay? I’m sure you used your credit card correct? Well see I am not asking you to do anything differently today RIGHT?

Why can’t I just pay my port taxes when I board or book my dates?***MOST COMMON***
Well that’s exactly what we used to do Mr/Mrs_____ when we started this promotion… What we use to do is give everyone a reservation #, and you called us to book your dates and pay you’re your port taxes at that time… The problem was we had no way to track how many cabins were given away. So if we give you the round trip free cruise, and you’re unable to go, not ONLY would we miss out on the positive word of mouth advertising, but the ship would sail with an empty cabin anyway and prevent another traveler from taking advantage of it! We can only give away the empty cabins 1 time. Don't forget that the only reason we are doing this promotion is to promote positive word of mouth advertising and fill unused cabins…. Also keep in mind that the entire cruise vacation is NOW built around the convenience and flexibility of allowing you to travel ANYTIME YOU WANT with ANYONE YOU WANT in the next 18 months! NOT TO MENTION, this is 100% transferrable….. So in the event, if you couldn’t travel in the next 18 months for whatever reason, you could transfer this to a family member or friend, FREE OF CHARGE. So we made it much easier from a customer's stand point! Remember you’re just securing a $99 port tax that’s it, based on double occupancy.
